Dear Madeline,

My condolence to you and your family on the passing of Jimmy. The Jimmy I knew, well over 70 years ago

during my pre teen and teen age was a bright intellingent energtic person who was a joy to be with. My Mother, Anna and his Mother Anna were best friends. Our families spent many hours together so much time in fact I learned a little sign language from his brother Charlie.

Jimmy took me downtown New York to see stage shows and tolerated me even though there was a year and half age difference. Those memories of his wonderful mother, his dad, a Bear of a man and a Master Plumber like Jimmy have stayed with me all these years.

My thoughts are with you and his family.
