Obituary for Tracey Anne Coates Fedele

Tracey Anne Coates Fedele
Tracey Anne Coates Fedele, 47, of Hopewell Junction, NY, passed away August 18, 2018 after a courageous 10 month battle with breast cancer.

She was born at Jewish Memorial Hospital on Friday, August 13, 1971, at 8pm. Tracey attended Good Shepard Catholic School in Inwood (Manhattan)and Mount St. Ursula High School in the Bronx.

Tracey is survived by her beloved husband, Marc; precious children Francesca, Cooper and Kaila; parents, Trevor and Joanne Coates; brothers, David and Trevor, and their significant others; 19 nieces and nephews; and countless friends and colleagues.

Tracey was an amazing wife, daughter, sister, mom and friend. She had a gift of making people laugh and smile. Her laugh was so infectious that if you were upset by the time you left her she would have you smiling. Her love for her children, nieces and nephews was so strong that you couldn't help but to love her back. She was loved by so many.

Her love and devotion to her husband Marc and her children was unconditional. You could tell by the way she looked at them, with the glimmer in her eyes and the smile on her face. Through her tough battle, her husband kept her laughing and inspired her to persevere.

Tracey's courage, strength and caring touched so many lives especially those with whom she worked. Through Tracey's determination and significant contribution to growing the business, she rose quickly through the ranks at Bearing Point, IBM and mostly recently at EY, where she was an Executive Director in the Regulatory Transformation Practice. Many colleagues and clients were very proud to call her a true friend and she was a mentor to many throughout her career.

Our wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend was certainly a rare gem. She is one person we all know who will be missed by everyone. We love and will miss you for all of our days Tracey. You are in the hearts of all of those who had the good fortune of knowing you.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Tracey's name to: Support Connection (www.supportconnection.org), 40 Triangle Center, Suite 100, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598.
