Condolence: What a great man with a great family and two fine sons.It was my joy to have known Pat, and Eileen these 42 years since I was ordained. May His faith bring him the crown of eternal life and our faith be our consolation in sorrow.

Faith of Our Fathers, Holy Faith, we will be true to thee til death!

Sorry I can't be with you for the funeral I will be praying for him this week.

Condolence From: Thomas Dunleavy

Condolence: Pat and I have know Pat for over 34 years. Our daughters, Peg and Maureen married Pat's sons Kevin and Mike . Our relationship grew over the years and we have 9 common grandchildren. What a Blessing. Pat was the epitome of what a Husband, Father and Grandfather should be. His love for Eileen and his entire family was inspiring. Everything he did was for God and family.He worked tirelessly to raise and educate his family. He built their home with his bare hands and was able to fix anything. More importantly, he knew how to raise a family in the true spirit of Christianity. While intently proud of his Irish Heritage, he loved this country and instilled that love in his family.We are all better for having Pat in our lives. He taught Pat and I , each day , how to be better people, Parents and Grandparents.He is with Jesus and all his family in Heaven and now we can all pray TO HIM for help and guidance. May God Bless Eileen and the entire Weir family in this time of sorrow. Love , Pat and Tom Dunleavy
