Obituary for Alfred Felicito

Alfred  Felicito
BROOKLYN - Alfred Felicito, 87, a lifelong resident of Brooklyn, died on October 6, 2018 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

Born in Brooklyn on September 17, 1931, he was the son of the late Anthony and Jennie (Giannone) Felicito. Alfred had been employed as a Manager with Aquarium Stock Company. Gifted with a beautiful voice, he was a tenor opera singer. He was also extremely knowledgeable about wildlife including fish, birds and flowers, and was a collector of many things.

Alfred is survived by his brother, Anthony Felicito, Jr.; his nieces and their husbands, Joanne and Vincent Campione, Johnette and John Berlingieri, and Joy-Linda and Joseph Messina; his great nieces and nephews, Sean Campione, Anthony and Carolyn Campione, Elissa Messina, Kristopher Berlingieri, and Kristina Messina; and his great, great niece, Lilly Campione. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his sister, Josephine D’Auria.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 6-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday at 11:30am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill followed by entombment in Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge, NJ.
