Obituary for Maureen Agnes Randene (Thorne)

Maureen Agnes Randene, 72, a resident of Elizaville and previously of Red Hook, died on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at home.
Born on December 12, 1945 in the Bronx, Maureen was the daughter of James and Agnes (Walters) Thorne. In December 1964 in Pennsylvania, Maureen married James Frances Randene who predeceased her in 1982.
Maureen is survived by her children, Lisa Tripodo of Elizaville, Joe Randene and his wife Mary of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Thomas, Vincent, Ariana, Alexandra, Jamie and Kathryn; her siblings, James Thorne and his wife Loreen, Barbara Riordan and her husband Michael, Thomas Thorne and his wife Denise.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2-6pm at McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10am at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church, 1925 Route 82, LaGrangeville followed by interment at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215.
