Condolence: I was trying to find my old acquaintance from Fishkill, Joe Frenze, when I was shocked to hear of his passing. Joe was my top Realtor back in the early Matt Jordan Realty days of the mid 1970's. We all wanted to "be like Joe" and sell those homes in his totally relaxed way. To him it was a snap compared to installing duckwork in hot home attics. So glad to see his daughters brought grand children into his life. They were little kids when I moved away to Virginia Beach in 1980. I just hope he continued to love his life. Thinking of you, Joe, Bob & Alison Schaefer
