Hopewell Junction - Judith A. Wright, 76, an area resident since 1962, died on May 28, 2018 at The Pines of Poughkeepsie.

Born in Cohoes on June 23, 1941, she was the daughter of Linly and Elizabeth (Tremont) Ashley. Judith had worked as a Real Estate Broker with Prudential Real Estate in LaGrangeville for many years. She was a member of the Realtor's Association, and volunteered with several women's organizations.

On January 9, 1960 at St. Henry's Church in Averill Park, Judith married Lewis W. Wright, Sr. who predeceased her on June 16, 2010. She is survived by her children, Lewis W. Wright, Jr. of LaGrange, Lisa Wright Pring of Yorktown Heights, and Jessica Wright Pelella of Wallkill; her grandchildren, Aiden, Alexandra, Ashley and Louis "Will"; her sister, Linda Burrow of Chelmsford, United Kingdom, and her nieces, Corrie Kevan and Melanie Harrison.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4-7pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday at 10am at St. Denis Church, 602 Beekman Road, Hopewell Junction followed by interment in St. Denis Cemetery.
