Condolence: Dear family,
I only knew Jan as the driver of the Manor at Woodside bus. She was such a sweet person & took such good care of her elder passengers. Jan & my mother in law, Louise, hit it off & would have such good laughs together. It was sad when she retired from driving the bus, but knew she would have more time for herself & family. We miss her bright smile. Sending prayers.

Condolence: In 1957 Janice and I rode the school bus together from Forge Brook to kindergarten at Fishkill Elementary School; she loved the bus (#34), the driver (Johnny Morris), and our teacher (Mrs Lear). That love for all things school translated into a lifetime of teaching and caring for her students and athletes. May she rest in peace forever in the hearts and memories of her students, athletes and friends.

Condolence From: Susan Vellucci

Condolence: Janice taught all 3 of our children at St. Mary's Wappingers. We have many fond memories of Gym shows and Field Days. Everyone loved her and could tell she truly loved her job with all the children. I will be sure to let Michelle, Fred and Dominic know of her passing. Whenever I met Janice, she always asked about them and was proud of their accomplishments. Fred and I are sad to hear of her untimely death. She will be missed.
