Condolence: I worked with Ken from 1984 until 1999 at the New York State Thruway Authority. He was the NY Division Highway Engineer and I was the NY Division Bridge Engineer. We had numerous interactions and his stern, knowledgeable manner was refreshing and helpful. Since his retirement, I saw him at retirement parties, the annual Thruway picnic and other events, where we would always converse. He's left us much too soon, but I pray that he is in a better place. Look down on us kindly. Rest In Peace Ken.

Condolence: To Ken's family- It was shocking when I read about Ken's passing. We had met in the mid-60's at DOT and actually worked together for a year in construction. We attended most NYSATE events in the years following, and shared many stories about families, etc. Ken always had a smile and seemed to enjoy life to the fullest. Rest in peace, my friend!
