Condolence From: Joe Bianchino
Condolence: Ralph hired me as the fuel shop chief till his retirement. We had many conversations about running the shop a lot of them behind closed doors. I always walked away a little bit smarter and more respectful of Ralph. He had a LEADERSHIP mentality and an old school way about him that made you a better supervisor. Thank you ralph for all those memories. We did have great times.

Condolence: Chief, I was just starting off in my career and you gave me that chance, thank you. Thank you for the mentoring and like Chief Intelisano mentioned I didn't know why you had to sign the green tags, but I knew later and used that lesson all my career. One if many. Rest In Peace, May God have Mercy on your Soul.

Condolence: So, so sorry to hear of the passing of the "Chief". He was always there to provide guidance and support, but, most importantly, he was ALWAYS there with his friendship. Truly, a man's man. And, of course, thank you for your service to our wonderful country. God Bless you, Ralph, and your family. Hugs, Tom.

Condolence From: Vincent Intelisano
Condolence: I'm so sadden by the news of his passing, he was true friend, supervisor and mentor to me for most of my 37 years with the 105th. He was truly a man to look up to and I had the utmost respect for him. He always had a reason for doing things even though at the time you might question it. But when all was said and done you would say to yourself, now I get it.
Ralph I thank you for your friendship, your guidance and your leadership as my Chief all those years, you will be missed. Rest In Peace my friend.
