Condolences

Condolence From: Sean Grogan
Condolence: I rode my bike from Hopewell Jct. over the walkway to Highland ... My name is Sean Grogan. Of all the benches along the Dutchess Rail Trail my bike almost stopped on it's own and my head turned to the left and i saw his bench and read his name - my name. No words can explain the way i felt he was taken much too young ... Please accept my humble grief for your son and brother as i will always think of him.

Condolence From: LJ
Condolence: Grogan Family, I did not know your son, but I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Death is truly an enemy, it steals from us the ones we love, but there is someone more powerful then death. "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” (Rev. 21:4) God will destroy death and the pain it causes and he will bring those who have died back to life. Imagine a world where no one suffers from the loss of someone they love, this will soon be a reality because God is more powerful then all the things that bring us pain. May this bring you some comfort during this difficult time.

Condolence: To the family and friends of Sean,I'm so sorry for your loss. There are no words for when such a young person with his whole life still ahead of him passes away, but in times like this the Scriptures encourages us to take refuge in God (Psalm 46:1) for he is a help readily found in times of distress

Condolence: Denise, and the entire Grogan family and friends of Sean, I can only offer you my prayers that you find comfort in your faith. I got to know Sean well over the 8 years at St. Columba, but especially during 8th grade and our monthly outings we held for the class. Sean always made me laugh, smile, and was such an affable and kind kid. My heart breaks for his pain and for your pain. God bless you, hold you close, and may you find peace. Rest in peace, Sean.

Condolence: We got to see Sean quite a bit while he worked at Mastros and were delighted to spend time talking and laughing with him. He filled us in on what the Grogan family had been up to since we saw you last. We kept up with his college acceptances and his sports. He was always a handsome, funny, smart, faithful young man. Our hearts are breaking for Sean and your family. There are not enough words to express how truly saddened we are. We have just come from the Easter Vigil Mass and we could feel his presence there. If you ever need anything please let us know. We will be praying for you all. Laura, Brian, Kelsey and Connor Brady.
